We are currently recruiting Chartered Accountants for our Corporate Finance Division
The candidate would primarily be engaged in Facilitation & Advisory Services pertaining to Fund Sourcing (Debt / Equity), M&A, Private Equity Placements, Transaction Advisory such as Business Reconstructions, RBI / FEMA related advisory and Transaction Services such as Valuation Reports, Due Diligences, Information Memorandums etc. to leading corporates and institutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant with a track record of academic success
- At least 2 years work experience in financial consulting, investment banking or other relevant experience in firms of high repute
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Supervisory & Leadership Skills & the Ability to work in a Team
- Excellent General Commercial Knowledge & High Degree of Self Motivation
