PHD Chamber had organized an Annual Conference on “Tax Deduction At Source: Issues, Problems and Recent Developments” on Thursday, 9th August, 2018 at PHD House, New Delhi. Our Managing Partner, Mr. Anil Kumar Chopra had chaired the conference as Chairman, Direct Tax Committee, PHD.
The conference aimed to promote an informed dialogue on important issues of TDS and focussed on interpretational issues, latest judicial pronouncements as well as procedural and practical issues encountered while filing returns and in assessments under the system
